fluid levels

I don't have a manual and I need to know the oil and transmission fluid capacities to change them. Anyone know where to find these or off the top of their heads?

motor = normally 5.5 quarts...if you are using a biggie oil filter or pf52 filter then it will require 5.75-6 quarts

trans = if dropping the pan, 4-5 quarts, if flushing complete system then about 11 quarts

rear end = 2.5-3 quarts (just fill to top of hole)
