Flexplate

For a driver, 3rd vehicle that is never going to the track and is rarely raced – is it worth it to upgrade to the chrome moly flexplate, or should I just stick with stock?

It’s a four hour job to replace the flexplate and I don’t want to have to do it again anytime in the near future, but the chrome moly is $200+, versus about $50 for the stock plate.

Thanks for any input.

Stock should be more than enough. It's been handling my 450HP for over 10 years now.
