flat black ? who's done it

we wash it with wash and wax it stays satin im sure you could actually hit it with your favorite wax and it wouldnt go glossy.ide probably keep the cutting compound away from it though LOL.yeah that motors damn tuff for a stock 88 lesabre engine with a cam and turbo conversion loves 18psi and 6800rpm limiter on the pad LOL
 
Im having a 93 GMC Pickup done right now PPG Hotrod black with a satin clear . I will let you know how it turns out
 
look up the thread the guy just plastic dipped, it looks good for a matte black and when it fades that stuff just peels off


My son did this to his wheel on his DD, one of his wheels got some curb rash, he just peeled it off fixed the rim and dipped it again. He is wanting to do his whole car. He has a Speed3 for a DD, I think the guy said it was about $1200.00 to dip flat black.
