my brother is looking at upgrading turbos. What's the fastest you guys are going with a precision 64-66 ball bearing?

I've gone 10.71@128 at 22 lbs of boost. Others have run quicker. I like the turbo, I've put 40k+ miles on it and still running great.

The 64-66 is a mid 9s turbo with supporting mods..

Fastest I have seen is 9.50s-9.60s on e85 with 29# boost.
I have the 6466 as well, and have not been to the track yet, as I have some bugs to work out.
