Fan Problem

I just installed a factory Casper Electronics engine harness in my 86 GN, so far every thing works fine. The fan comes on when is suppose to. The only issue is my coolant fan runs continually. Even when the temp drops down to 162 the fan is still on. I am thinking a relay is sticking but I am not sure. Also the previous owner did this but he installed a three-way switch that turns the fan on high or in the other position operates the transmission lock up. The high function works but only one time, I am not sure if this function is normal or not. The switch is wired into the delay fan delay relay and worked fine before. Any advice would be great. Thanks
