Fair Price for an 87 T-type and 87 GN

I am looking at a 37,000 mile T-Type, one owner, no acidents, all stock, super claen, Black with Grey buckets and console, no power locks and seat with tT-Roofs..What are the opinions on fair price

Next car I am looking for a price on is an 87 hardtop GN with 32,000 miles again the car is sweet. Any opinions on value.
