Et drags or et streets

Is there much difference in the performance of et streets and et drags . my car is about to the point of making some 1/4 mile runs and I need some slicks I ve heard et streets can last up to 2000 miles . but i was wondering if they would bite well enough under a 12-15# launch off a t- brake. has any of you had much luck with them or do I need to go with a drag slick.

ET Drags will always hook better than Streets....on my car, the Drags are at least .1 better in 60' times

of course, ya can't drive to the track on Drags
