Engine Shops?

Hey guys, Im planing on having my shortblock rebuilt this summer. Cottons perfomance is too far away for me to go there. Can you recomend some good engine shops in the mid-west that could do the following...

stock spec rebuild
forged pistons
billet caps
roller cam setup

I would like a short block that could handle low 11's...well, eventually. Also, about how much should I expect to pay for this?

How long does it usualy take for ANS to build a short block? I will be taking my engine there this summer, but I am under time constraints to get it done. Is 3 weeks a good estimate?
Also, about how much would it cost to get this done to my short block?

Rebuild with:
bored .20 over
JE forged pistons
reconditioned crank
roler cam setup

I would like this engine to be able to handle low 11's without being strained. Any other suggestions?
MY budget on the engine is about $5000

I would only send my motor to two places in IL

1) Pete at ANS

2) Motion Dynamics in Lake Zurich, they built my GTO 400 and my GN motor. They also had two aluminum Keith Black motors in the shop that we both running around 2000hp. They know their stuff and are very reputable.
