Engine Noise

Was it ever started in real cold weather after the oil change? My brother had a navigator that sound similar to that. He screwed up the drain back valve while revving the engine up when it was cold out. A new filter corrected the problem not sure if that is exactly what's going on with yours though.

My dad's '84 Mark VII broke the timing belt once and I ended up finding a bent pushrod. It sounded just like that and was basically shaped like a S. I replaced it and 95% of that sound went away. Drove it alot afterward also. Remove the valve covers and see what you find. Yours definitely sounds like valvetrain.

I'm not sure what the noise is, had the passenger valve cover off yesterday and it looked perfect. It has a new NAPA drainback filter on it that I put on a little while ago. Weird thing is once it runs for about ten minutes, sounds like a totally different car.
