Engine compartment fuel lines

I am in the middle of replacing my timing chain and valve springs and noticed a bracket that clips on to the fuel lines and looks to hold them against the water pump. However mine was not attached anything and slid to the bottom of the lines. I am looking for advice on were it attaches?

It attaches to one of the fuel pump block off plate bolts.

The forward one, to be exact.

Thanks, during the tear down that bolt or stud? was missing.
