dumb egr question

Quick question before I get to painting some engine parts. I have a turbo tweak chip that disables egr. The rest that I still need to do is make a block off plate for the intake and cut off the tower in the dog house correct? Ill need to know what work I need to do since I bead blasted my dog house, valve covers and intake and they are ready for paint.

If you are pulling the heads, you can also port match the intake to the heads. Otherwise just port the d/h and add a power plate for better fuel distribution. I think most of the venders sell the block off plates if you want a good looking one.

dont need do anything .. just bolt the egr valve back on.
you could leave the egr solenoid off or put it back on for looks your choice because
erics chip doesn't throw a code if you leave the solenoid off or disconnected

RJC has a nice plate, and a hi q gasket.....
