Dual spal fans not coming on

I have dual spal fans with the Caspers wiring harness....I just noticed that they were not coming on. Where do I start checking to see where the problem is?

Ground wire and fuse should be a start. You can trigger the fans to run high speed via the AC compressor, but I forgot how.

Interesting that it doesn't say what the temp switch point is. Or did I miss that little tid bit?

Turn on is chip controlled, other than high command from AC compressor.

I'm still checking haven't found the issue yet... Fan come on at 165 but even
With the air conditioner it will not do anything...

Me and a good friend found the issue! In the wiring harness there was a soldered
junction that was shorting....It was down underneath the fans...So far after the repairs
the fans have been working fine....
