Finally got it started only problem is my dual radiator fan ain't workin, i did 2800 stall converter, trans + install with an adapter had tt chip reburned for lock speed, removed egr solenoid, installed alky, and poly bushing oh and put rebuilt turbo on. Things i noticed or tried power to the relays is getting there no broken or grounding wire, tried another chip thinking somehow the coolant temp had got erased does not work on either chip and i know the other chip was working are one of the old relays bad and causing this it has a caspers dual harness if so can i bypass these old relays?
