Going to Buick vs Ford day this weekend. This will be my first time racing. And wanted to get some tips on what i should do when i get up on the line. I'm running street tires so no big burn out. I always hear of people with fast cars getting beat cause they dont know how to drive. And i dont wanna be that guy. I know practice makes perfect but thought i'd ask you guys.

don't leave to hard or you'll blow off the street tirers!

skip the water box/burn out box
and it being your first time get ready to be that guy unless you are a natural at it.
this is one of those things that reading helps but only practice makes perfect.

atco seems to hook , ive managed 1.80s on a little TA 49 and street tires a little wider than stock 245/50-16s federals
takes a lot of restraint when you have a quick spooling combo,

Well I won't have to worry. Cause having some cooling issues. My race weekend has turned into fixing my car weekend
