Door panel question

I hope this is in the right thread....I am looking for the piece that mounts onto the upper door panel. It is the long chrome strip that the strap mounts to. Is this piece separate? And is it still available from GM. I have been looking for a set of upper door panels, but it seems like the panels are separate from the chrome strip. All I need is the chrome strip. Thanks in advance.....

Wrong area, you should post this in the "Parts Wanted" area.
