if you have his previous address & he put in a CHANGE OF ADDRESS with the post office, you may send him a 1st class letter (.39 cents) with "address service requested" in large writing on the side., not only will they forward the letter you sending him about your money, but the p.o. will give you a printed copy of the envelope you sent with his new address on it. they will charge a small fee for it. if you get his new address, go to small claims court, (or 1 of the court shows on tv) hope this info help.
