I know of one racer, but several TR's are in the area. Can someone point me to a reliable engine/transmission builder? I am fairly sure I can assemble the motor but I thought maybe someone is available and looking for work?

This car will be a cruize night queen, I want enough power to blow the tires away, maybe hit the track for a low 11 second run something like this:

Can anyone update me on Turbo's, IC's, I know about the old stand byes, RJC power plate, girdle, etc...
The car is getting stripped down to the frame, so if I need to brace something, please let me know? Or is still the best thing to brace behind the back seats?
I see the alternator hook can be waxed with HRpartsandstuff motor mounts, anything that needs to be done?
Budget is not endless, but I want to do it right, one time.
