What is everyone using on there daily drivers. I purchased a new Chev truck and it requires Dexos and most companies offer it in a full synthetic. I have always used dino oils and changed often but it looks like new engines and demands are changing. All of my DD's use 5w/30 oil and I would like to have only one type in stock if possible. I know this is not Buick tech but you guys seem to have a good handle on this stuff, thanks

I use Mobile 1 in my daily driver. I buy it at Walmart for usually $23 for a 5 quart jug. My 3.8 liter Grand Prix has 154,000 and counting. I change it around 7500 - 8500 miles with an Ac Delco filter.

Plain ole Wal*Mart Mobil1 here.

Unless Advance Auto Parts has it in an 'oil change special'. In that case it's almost like getting a free Pure One filter.

Walmart Mobil 1 in the Buicks.

15/50 red label however, but they have the 5/30 always there too.

Jugs. :woot:

Thanks for the input. As I stated I have always used Dino oils but they just don't measure up for the new standards. It appears there is no new technology in dino oils. I have always used Kendal or Brad Penn and have been very happy with these products. I used the Penn racing oil in my Buicks and will be using this oil in my daily drivers. Thanks again
