dail in my cam, no tools which shop to do it or club member and bit of cash?

I am looking for a machine shop that will instal my 107t Postons cam kit. I don't have the tools to dail it in. I was looking to see if any of you guys knew of a good shop that works on GNs in Portland. If not are there any members with ref who will do it for some cash. If I could hunt down the tools I would do it. I would rather pay someone to do it than spend the $. The heads are still on and intake is off as well as the chain. Motor is on a stand. I can do the rest just need to have this done by someone who has the tools.
