Looking for a decent "Check-List" for proper removal of Cruise Control parts.

1) Block -off One vacuum port from Throttle Body distribution block

2) Remove Vac res. ball (BIG Plastic globe thingy)

3) other vac. lines...?? Blocking?

4) unplug the electrical lines to the diaphragm control thingy?

5) Other...?

6) Enjoy the added space under the hood and cleaner appearance!

Yes, I tried to use the search feature, but nothing came up using "Cruise removal" and too many things for just the search term "Cruise Control"

Thanks,
Scotty

IIRC, this vacuum ball is also used for the HVAC doors & coolant valve for the heater. Not sure if the HVAC is still installed...

Thanks for the answers!

Yes, A/C is still cold but issues with vents. Slow to change from floor to Def to vent, if it happens at all.
This is why I want to go over the vacuum system and while I'm in there, remove the Cruise unit.

I will leave the Ball and remove the "T" where the vacuum line goes to Cruise unit right near/from that ball.

Can't get heater to work, and I'm sure that is vacuum related as well.
