collapsed hyd roller lifter ???

I have a lifter noise that comes and goes ,eng has a miss with the noise ,does not seem to affect WOT performance ,miss goes away when the noise goes away .
Engine did alot of sitting around (1 year ) without running , Has double valve springs , maybe the lifter has collapsed ? Is this common ?Oil pres is good , rockers and pusrods all look good .

Sounds like it could be just partially plugged. If you can figure out approximately which one it is, you could try squirting just a little carb cleaner down the pushrod. Sometimes that will dissolve the clog.
