Coil pack ?

what is the GM part # the ac part # is D-552,bought a Wells coil and mesured 9k resistance across the coils is this fine?

I just bought a wells coil pack & ignition module, I can look at the reciept when I get home, it has a lifetime warranty on it.

19# in 80+ heat with poor 60' times now trying to dial in my te-44
had my plugs gaped between .35-.40 ,had original coil pack and ignition moduel is 9k across the towers ok?

I thought it has to be higher than 9k , not sure thought it was 12k or something .

Anyone else know?

GM coil pack..

The GM coil pack will usually run about 12k, as 5ltretr said. Maybe 12.5, but not lower. I've only done three or four, but haven't hear of any running lower, either.

returned coil pack to autozone new one regesterd just barearly 12k across the coil,will order GM coil pack if I can find part #?

accel makes a coil pack. I have not used it but it is an option.
