K king kong Better,Stronger,n Faster Joined Jun 28, 2010 Dec 27, 2010 #2 Did you try to take the chip out and clean contacts on chip and ecm. Reinstall and give it time to reboot? Don't forget to disconnect ecm power connector near battery or battery first.

If the ECM is burned, throw it in the trash. A bad chip can not burn an ECM. What "I" would do, is find someone local and swap ECM's.
