After swapping the chip you just turn the ignition on and shift from park through each gear to first and then you're good right? I can't remember and I can't find it anywhere.
You just plug the orange wire back up, and drive it.
Unless you mean some sort of anti-theft sequence... if that's the case it's specific to who set up the chip and nobody here will post how to do it on a public posting.
