Chip programmers?

Im in the process of rebuilding the motor in my '87 GN. Changing heads, cam, and probably the turbo. Need help finding a knowledgable chip maker.
Also would like cam & turbo suggestions. Motor is a stage 1 block (being machined for 14 bolt heads), .030 over, long rod (roughly 6.5"), forged piston, rod, crank, TA aluminum heads, ported intake, 55lb injectors. Looking for around 600hp at flywheel, but with good road manners.

Go with the 60/ 65, or 72 PPH injectors.
212/212 cam
45 turbo.

A Translator Plus, or Max Effort MAP, would be my recommendation.

I've not driven ME, on the street, so I can't comment on that, but the T+ have always had nice street manners.
