I think what Mr BIG is trying to say here is you have way too much fuel pump and alky pump COMBINED. I have a double pumper in my car and I had to turn off the second pump in order to tune the car correctly with alky.
After 3 headgaskets I figured out that with both fuel pumps and the alky coming on I could literally blow out the spark in the motor. I would push the head gaskets because there was so much fuel going in it would kill them.
Your combo is not much different from mine and you are running a dual nozzle alky kit. I am running a single. Turn off or set the Hobbs switch to kick on at 23 psi or higher.
I would turn the boost down to 10 psi, run the single fuel pump and set the alky at base parameters and tune the AF tables until you get it right. Then and only then gradually turn up the boost and watch what happens.
