CARR rod bolts torque specs

What should CARR rod bolts be torqued to using 10w30 oil? Need to know before I pop a cap off...Can't find any info on CARR online...Also what should ARP main studs and bolts be torqued to using 10w30?
 
Carillo won't give you a torque spec. They recommend measuring bolt stretch instead. If you measure one rod to the proper stretch using a torque wrench, then you can use that torque on the other rod bolts.
