Can't ID this 2004R

I already know this is none of the preferred 2004Rs, but still i'd like to know what i have here. I cannot find the ID in the ID help pages i found. Also the number below the big letters obviously has a different format than the ones i saw on the ID Help pages?
Can anybody decode this one for me please? Is it at least a half decent one?

352= Julian date,352 day of year.
88= 1988 model.
1= 1st Shift
KJ= Olds 307 Engine VIN-Y, with 3.08 or 3.23 rear gear.
F= 2004R
0476= Serial #
