Can't find destructions for setting tps

Been searching around here and there and trying different search words and can't find anything word for word. I just need some step by step instructions on how adjust it. I don't want to mess anything up, new to carbs and always had someone else do my carb work. The chilton manual I have for camaros says to drill the plug out and insert a screw? Like said before my reading was at .38 volts with car off after a half hour driving, seemed to be at lowest idle when I shut it off. Fully open it only reads 3.62 volts. All I got left to do is adjust this and put in my new o2.

Do you know which plug it is? If so, you drill a little hole in it and then screw a fine thread drywall screw (or similar) in the hole, once it grab hold, you pull the plug out.

The next trick is to get the tool that turns the hex head inside. You might be able to do it with a small screwdriver pressed between the hex flat and the side.
