can i tell the difference between a limited and base regal

how can i tell if it is a true limited and not a base turbo regal? if some one made there base regal into a limited what would be the easiest way to spot that it is a fake???

Upper door panels should say "Limited" and have a different pull handle, plate above glove compartment should say "Limited", "Limited" badging..

he said he re did the interior and painted the car...is there anything in the VIN that says its a limited?

Not that I am aware of - but if he stripped off the things that make a Limited a Limited - what's the advantage to buying it as a "Limited"?

My first Regal was a limited - photo-luminescent dash panel, opera lights, vinyl landau top, etc. I think the Limiteds also have 60/40 pillow seats too, maybe not all though.

Find another car. If you want a real limited keep looking. So many more options that a base conversation will not have and functional.

Limiteds have their own vin code.

limiteds have an "m" for the vin code...should look like this....1g4gm....and also the rpo sticker should have the code w05 i believe. hth vinny
