Hey guys,
I have seen alot of people talking about putting the camaro dash and counsel in a gbody ls swap. Anyone here done this? Have pics? How hard is it?

i swore there were people on here. there are some on ls1 tech. im going to be starting my turbo 6.0l swap into my regal and had seen a few pics of the dash swap. figured i would see if anyone here had done it yet.

I give props for thinking outside the box and doing your own thing but I personally think is is hideous.

tell me what you really think. lol i think its looks extremely well done but way more work that what i would do. I found a guy that used just the cluster. Im just looking for a cheap alternative to aftermarket gauges
.

I bet it would look a lot better with the F body seats in it. The roundy dash just doesn't match with the square seats.

here is one a guy did in a monte. alot of guys on ls1tech are starting to go this route for the swap. At least alot are suggesting it. Thats why i figured I'd see if anyone here had done it.
im also looking at just the gauge cluster since i got a 10 point in there now. ive found a few. just looking for more examples

I wonder if that was this car.

Really nice looking build, I believe he was back at the LS Fest again this year. I'm looking to convert my T-type to a stick...this looks like a viable alternative to making it look like a racecar with a shifter just sitting in the middle of the floorboard. Otherwise I will be scouring for a rare manual trans Malibu center console.

that would work I would think. What are the other guys that put sticks, in their car using? What are you ls1 guys using for gages then?
