Bolt at rear of drivers head

I'm in the process of installing GN1s and managed to get the 4 ground wires attached to the passenger side head but can't remember/find what attaches to the bolt at the rear of the drivers side head. I can remember removing something from there but can't remember what it was or where it is ... please don't laugh too hard.

only thing i can think of right now is the ground strap off the firewall

No laughing here. The TV cable tab bolts the the back of the head. You don't have to reinstall it. It holds the cable to the head. Some people remove it to keep from pinching the cable whin reinstalling the transmission. It is easy for the cable to get between the block and transmission and be pinched. Just make sure that the TV cable is not in a bind.
