best place to buy Trans filter kit 2004r

im gonna change out the fluid and filter.. wheres do ya'll get yours frorm?? cost?

any helpful hints for me, as its the 1st time im attempting this??

I got mine at NAPA for like $20 (filter and gasket) That's not because I'm a NAPA guy though. It's because I needed one that day and they're the only ones that had one.

The best setup is to dump the stock 200 pan and get an Art Carr deep pan and run the bottom feed 700 filter. Will cost you a little loot but may save you a costly rebuild in the future.

actually the "BEST" set up is the deep aluminum pan and bottom sump from PTS. Ask how many people had fitting problems with the AC pan? I bet most if not all needed to trim hear file there. None with the PTS. Buy once plus it looks better I know no one see it.
