Hey guys. Weird problem here. Just took my car out for a spin, its been sitting for about 2 months or so, Started fine, but i noticed it was running really choppy. When in gear it idles choppy, but after it hits over 2000 rpm's, it runs smooth like it usually does. Also, I have hesitation off the line again. Had this problem awhile back. Still hauls good after 2000 rpm's, starts breaking loose nicely :D
The other thing I notice it does is, after i shut it off, after about 4 seconds it backfires loudly right out the tailpipes of the exhaust:eek:. Ive never heard it do this befor,e but it does it everytime i shut it off. But it doesnt do it when the cars running. I just find it weird to backfire 4 seconda after the motor has been shut off. Any idea what this could be? Bad gas maybe from sitting so long? any ideas!?

Thats the first thing I was thinking. I'd start there. Get some fuel cleaners in there, something that will take any moisture out also. start driving the car a bit. Take it on the highway and blow that sh$t out!!!:D
