I just picked up a used ATR downpipe.The flapper valve keeps binding which makes the puck rattle.It's been on my car for a few weeks with no problems.I went to the track yesterday made one run and thought I broke something, but it was just the puck rattleing.I took it apart spayed some PB Blaster on it ,it was ok for two runs then it started making noise again.
What do I need to do to fix this.
