Now, why would hate mustangs. They're always good for a race. If you want to hate.......hate camaros and vettes. They'll either run away or look at you like you don't exist........and still not race. Seen one chevy........seem em all.

Very Good Point. Not sure just have always disliked what everyone else seems to love...I seem to always root for the underdawg. I prob just had my ass handed to way to many times by mustangs...BEFORE I purchased my GN I sorta like the rice look on a couple of vehicles...I hate honda's too. Just because there are to many around.

Being a Buick guy for many years, and not getting much support from GM, I don't have any allegiance to GM. People buy chevys because they are lemmings. They don't know why they get one, just everybody else has one. I'm not going to be owning and racing any Mustangs either.......but I'd REALLY like to install a turbo V6 in one.

i always feel even if i hate a car i see on the road... i never torment it or anything because the driver of that car likes it and that is that

sure mustang guys really love their mustangs even if other people hate it.... dont really hold it against them

i just respect any work people put into their cars except for the 10' wings and the 10" fart cans

If spending the money on a Mustang I would go with a Saleen. I think that is proably the most respected Mustang besides Shelby and look the best of 94 and newer. Kinda pricy though, and it is a FORD(f-ers only run down hill).

I looked this stuff up after racing a Roush Mustang a few weeks ago. I believe what I raced was a V8 Stage 2 (no supercharger). It had the body components, sidepipes, wheels, decals, yada-yada. Sounded good and was too fast to be a v6 but not fast enough to have a supercharger. I smoked him pretty good three times - from a 20 roll, from a stop, and then from a 40 roll with him starting about a car and a half in front of me. I was pretty pleased with that until I realized I managed to smoke my trans. in the process. Not sure what happened there, but it's time for a rebuild so I've been reading up in the "Transmission Talk" section.
