Anyone not have wheel well moldings on their GN

I was thinking of not puting the wheel well moldings back on my GN after the new paint job. The rear wheel well is not a square lip like the front. Has anyone modified the rear quarter to make it look OK without the molding?

I left the moldings off of both my GN's when they were painted. I REALLY like the look better without them. Much smoother look.

Dave, did u do anything with rear quarter...where the wheel molding sits is not a square edge.

Took em off over a decade ago. I like a clean look. IMHO, cleaner is gooder. That's why I shaved the bump strips off my bumpers, one piece bumper fillers, no emblems of any kind, one piece spoiler, and no wheel well moldings. I have a few more ideas that could be done, just not enough time to play with them yet.
