Part #17113741 is a Delphi 55lb/hr @ 43.5 psi low impedance injector. Looks like they are used in Mercruiser engines.

No. Low impedance injectors need special drivers installed into the factory ECM. These drivers are pretty much non-existent now, supplies have nearly dried up.
