I have an RJC crank, water, power steering and idler pulleys all of which are the stock diameter. Then I have an aftermarket chrome alternator and the typical AC Delete pulley we get from vendors which I heard is from the S-10's.
I've been chasing a belt squeal for a while now and finally a 615 belt was the trick.
The funny thing is auto stores have recommended, 640, 637, 635, 630 and Autozone gave me a 620 without me telling them I needed a smaller one. LOL WTH
The 615 finally shut up the squealing and it's like 2.5" smaller than the stocker I guess?? No way the alt pulley is taking off that much so it has to be the AC Delete pulley, anyone else?
BTW I have a 630 with 2 minutes on it if anyone wants it for $11 shipped.
