Sent a couple of help requests with no resolution yet...have more data:

Background:
Swapped long blocks over the winter. No problems before swap. Reused all electronics that were originally on the engine except:
Crank Sensor
Cam Sensor and cap
Oil Pressure Switch (at block fitting and turbo oil supply line)
Knock Sensor

After Swap:
Engine fires up immediately when "cold" (hasn't ran for a while) and runs fine. However, after running for 10 minutes or so (I've referred to this as "hot"), or being driven around for a few miles it will not restart after keying off. Runs fine until key off...then cranks normally but will not fire. No warning lights or fault codes. Coolant temp has not exceeded 178F (when stat opened...afterward stayed at 165F).

During the no start condition there is:
No Spark
No injector pulse signal (Noid light)
No fuel pressure (Note: when keying on the pump energizes for 1-2 seconds like normal but when cranking there is no fuel pressure).

After allowing the engine to sit for a while (cool down??) it starts normally and runs fine, until key off.

I have replaced the ignition module and coil...no change, and the crank sensor...again no change.

What could cause no spark, no injector pulse signal, and no fuel pressure??

Never had a problem with ECM previously, and did nothing to it during engine swap. ECM was modded for larger injectors long ago.

Thanks for your thoughts.

Bob

Cam sensor circuit, ECM, or power to ECM (wiring)? Are you using a stock wiring harness? Did you change any wiring or mods to wiring?

Using stock wiring harness. No changes to it during engine swap. Even took great pains to route the wires in the same manner as original.

Thanks, Bob
