Another 9X11 converter?

Has anyone seen this yet? I was checking out their site and found this. Looks like the 9X11 to me!

I was thinking the same thing. Just thought I would share what I found. Not all the 9x11s are billet corrrect? The only ones that I have seen that were billet were the non lockups.

TCS's (US) 9X11 is only available now in the billet form. It is available in either lock or non lock.
From what I saw in the picture, the welds and the finish aren't of the same quality as Rusty puts out.
That is just my opinion though.
