My alternator is now really dead. It was a low amps gen (53 or 56 amps I belive) but I want to upgrade to better numbers. I know the last GNs and GNX have the 120 amps alternator but don't have the same pulley patern. My car is a Century 78, 231 of course....and I hate open up the lights and see at the red light that my alternator is not big enough to obtain the full brightness of my originals no-halogen lights 
Any suggestion? Rebuilt kit, new one from another kind of car? Plz tell me...I want at least 100 amps
