Car has maybe 5 miles on since I put back on and its leaking between the piece held on by the 3 screws. Do I have to send it back again Razor. Justin

If its leaking under the switch, then the check valve seal is bad.

Typically there are two spots they can leak from, one is the upper body to diaphram, the other is the seal under the switch.

It is possible you have leaks from the fittings as well.

If its leaking from under the switch, call me on monday, i'll mail you a new seal. All you do is remove the three screws, and underneath is a dime sized seal.

We test it for leaks at 250 PSI before shipping, obviously it didnt leak after it was initially installed. but...

Its a catch 22 repairing a used pump for 35.00. A lot of time goes in to disassembly and going through the pump to try and save the customer money, in the end.. it may be better to ditch and replace with new. If it gives you any other issue, i'll credit any charges torwards a new part.
