Accumulator Ball ?

well i was at the local u pull it yard and found some fwd balls mostly in late 80"s cad olds so i pulled them what do i have to lose under $10 for both now im just wondering if these are the same as on are cars i havent had time to see if they fit just wondering if anybody knows if they do
