87 dark blue limited

Sorry missunderstood me. I am in the process of redoing one myself and I have full woodgrain interior trim in mine cause it is a limited. I am going for a clone look. But if theme cars had the woodgrain option then I will keep my woodgrain in otherwise it is coming out.

I'll be home this weekend. I emailed the number to your telus account.

We left home at 8am on Friday the 6th, so we didn't get your conact info in time, was hoping you would have called our cell number we left , we also kinda thought we might see your car in Oak Harbor, as we shopped there a few times over the weekend.

We are planning another trip south to Birch Bay next weekend, and if we go, we could also plan a side trip to Oak Harbor to see your car again ( and drop off the wifes at the Anacortes casino)

I read this and had to put in my $.02. I have had several Turbo Regal Limiteds. I have seen, worked on and have several friends that own them also. They DO NOT come with wood grain trim interior. This is a very sharp car but the interior is NOT correct. No offense.

WTF guys? the man is offering his car for sale- not to be autopsied in the court of public opinion.

I say, you want to buy it, then do so. If not, why offer up an opinion that wasn't asked for?

That is a beautiful T-Type! Wish i was i was in the market right now for another TR, that's got to be one of the sharpest color combos i've seen yet. Plus, the Limited with the column shift makes it all the rarer... definately going to be worth some bucks someday. Nice ride for a fair price!

Interior originality

I don't understand the confusion.

Is it that everyone disputes the fact that a 87 Turbo Regal Limited wouldn't have the wood grain interior? Or that no Regal limiteds had wood grain? I would leave that to the seller and the eventual buyer to discuss. (which I wish would be me  )

I have seen an 86 T Type with the same color combo. Probably the best looking T I have ever seen. It had woodgrain around the intrument panel, on the half console etc. The door panels obvioulsly weren't like a limited so I won't comment.

Who is to say that it wasn't done on an 87. Stranger things have happened from the factory.

This is not a collector car anyway. What difference does the wood grain issue make? Its a GREAT driver. Wish the timing was different for me. I like it a LOT! :)
