Ok so I own a regal limited that has been in the family since my grandfather bought it. The car has roughly 500,000 miles on it. This summer my goal is to get it running again. I know what needs to be done there.
But to fix the body damage I have to replace both front fenders, and the bumper fillers.
The chrome trim that runs allong the bottom of the car is loose, and it will have to come off to replace the fenders. I fear that the rocker panels are nothing but rot. If this is the case whats the best thing I can do? I dont have a welder handy so I cant just cut out the old rockers and weld in knew ones. If I take the car to a body shop will they do it for me? and how much will it hurt my pockets?
besides replacing them whats my choices?
