The AEM wideband has three wires; white, brown and grey. What are the corresponding numbered spot on the powerlogger analog connection unit?

White wire goes into your Analog box in Port 1.
Black and Brown wire are grounds.
Red is your 12v.
Grey wire is not used on our cars.

Port 2 of Analog box is for MAP sensor to monitor Boost.
Look at this link. It tells you step by step how to hook it up to log Boost.

Where do you suggest the brown wire to be grounded?
The analog connection unit is in the glove box.

My analog connection is in my glove box aswell. Engine grounds like the one on the intake or behind passenger head is always a good idea. I pulled my glove box down and sanded the metal piece that runs around the inside of the dash.

body grounds are bad for any critical signals.

use an engine ground for all this. do NOT use the ground terminal on the analog block, its not heavy enough to run a wideband. use 12v from the fuse box, an engine ground, and run just the analog signal wire to the PL analog block.

Can you elaborate on this and why a lot of aftermarket ecu manufacturers recommend battery grounds for the ecu? This is good info and you are the man to explain it :)
