T Turbo-Archie Active Member Joined Oct 8, 2002 Aug 11, 2011 #5 Hard to say without seeing what you have but if its a turbo long block I was use it as-is with that milage. Build your s-10, if it gives you problems down the road, pull it and rebuild it later. Post pictures if you can.. ..
