I have an 87 blue on blue limited astroroof car with 72K miles that I am thinking of selling. I have my eye on another vehicle and I don't have time to enjoy both.

I have owned the car for 1 & 1/2 years and bought it from Florida where it had always been serviced by KDK performance in Orlando. I spent a while talking to that shop before I bought the car. They assured me that it had been properly taken care of and they were correct.

Anyhow, it has pw, pl, cruise, tilt, remote mirrors, trunk release, posi, velour interior and the desirable astroroof. EVERYTHING works and the AC is ice cold as the unit is new. I installed a new Delco battery and it also has an aftermarket radio with a CD changer in the trunk. Currently it has custom rims with 16 inch directional tires and I also have the original rims mounted on another set of tires. There is also an alarm on the car.

Paint looks great and it gets a lot of attention. There is a little bit of peeling inside the doors under the metal "body by fisher" kick plates. It is not perfect but is an awesome car. I have never taken it to the track but it hits 2nd hard.

From what I can tell, the car is pretty much stock but I admit that I am by no means an expert on these cars like a lot of members here. But I am a huge turbo Buick enthusiast and will answer your questions the best I can. I have owned quite a few of these cars and this is definitely the best one for me but I do encourage an inspection.

The car is located in central NJ and the price is $13,500. If she doesn't sell for this price or the other car gets sold, I will continue to enjoy her.

Any questions, feel free to email me at l.m.levy@comcast.net

Thanks for looking,
Larry

Very nice car!

That's two dark blue "rare" WO2 Limiteds for sale on the board.

Beautiful ride...the wheels? Eh to each their own...but beautiful ride nonetheless...

I am firm on my price....so it is still with me

very rare cars...only a handful built

I think putting a link to your car for sale in someone eles car for sale thread is pretty lame.

See ya, Kip

my6isqwk, Cool car and good luck with the sale.

Take care, Kip

Thanks for the compliments guys!

As for the wheels, I do have the original rims in great shape mounted on BF Goodrich tires.

I always thought black mesh trans am rims would look great on this color but never got around to getting them.

Man, some of you guys are tough on the rims! LOL

I actually have a local friend with an 86 Silver T who wants to buy them from me. To each his own, I guess.

Gotta agree with many of the other posters, love the car, put the original wheels back on it though imo.

not crazy about the wheels either, but would still rather see those, than some of those 20" or larger monstrosities some people put on gbodys.

very nice car anyways!!

Thanks for all the compliments and emails about my car. And I do appreciate the candid feedback on the rims. The car came from Florida with these installed and the originals as well.

I have officially decided to take my car off the for sale market. Today, I went to see in person the other car that I was interested in. Needless to say, it was NOT anything close to what he descibed over the phone. It proved to be a waste of time but ultimately, it's fine by me to stay active in the turbobuick community.

As I mentioned previously, I would love to find some nice black mesh GNX/GTA style rims for my car. I know Kirban sells repros for $1000. Has anyone bought them from him?

Does anyone have a good lead on these rims elsewhere and what brand and size tires would you guys recommend to go along with them?

Thanks,
Larry
