1984 gn vin question

I have a 84 gn and the last four of the vin is 0003 wouldn't that make mine the third one off the line and they were ran in no particular order (regal and gn) so odds are mine is the first gn I know they claimed they found the first one but I have seen the vin for it and its a high number. someone please let me know.

For 1984 Regal/T-type/Limited's, the numbers started at 40001. They lump all Regals together, so there's no knowing unless someone can pull off a miracle and find production stats for the 1984 Regals.
